ODCGIS are in Glasgow this week for Scotlands Housing Festival and move onto Liverpool next week for the Finance Show.
The Scotland event gives us the opportunity to meet new organisations as well as catch up with current clients ‘north of the border’. With the majority of housing associations in Scotland having less than 5,000 properties, it is a great opportunity for them to take advantage of our Smaller Housing Association offer enabling them to get set up with a GIS for as little as £3,200!
In Liverpool, we’re meeting Finance Directors and Managers whose main interest is saving money and we can help them do that in a number of ways, the most tangible being capturing their grounds maintenance data before they go to tender. By having accurate information to give to potential contractors can save them between 10%-15% on their next grounds maintenance contract. Beyond that, there are many other ways GIS can save money, either through staff efficiencies or offering a more economic service inhouse.
