CAIRN HOUSING ASSOCIATION ARE 20TH MANAGED SERVICE CLIENT
Based in Edinburgh, Cairn have around 3,500 properties and have taken one of ODC’s bespoke packages to enable them to take advantage of the many benefits GIS offers without the need to invest in their own GIS or employ a GIS Officer.
As part of the package, ODC’s experienced GIS Officers are on hand all day every day for when a particular requirement arises.
On top of this, in the background, they are managing the map data, importing updates from Ordnance Survey and adjusting Cairns data when it is affected.
ODC have also completed a full Grounds Maintenance data capture as well as property points and some site services. These are now available across the business through their web mapping application.
Cairn have joined a growing list of over 50 social housing providers, ranging from some of the smallest to some of the largest, being helped by ODC to make informed decisions and save money.
