Details have been released about 2 Social Housing Trade Conferences and ODCGIS will be attending both subject to Covid Restrictions not being re-imposed.
CIH Housing 2021 in Manchester is on the 7-9th September and the Asset Management & Maintenance Conference is on the 12-13th October at the Ricoh Arena (now officially known as the ‘Coventry Building Society Arena’).
Our brilliant magician Stephen will be with us again having practised some new tricks during lockdown! We have also been busy during lockdown and have developed an interactive PDF to display grounds maintenance data, particularly useful as they can be shared with your grounds maintenance contractors when they come to tender so they know exactly what they are quoting on saving between 10-15% on the value of the contract.
Prior to the show, time allowing, we are capturing a sample site of each delegate’s ground’s maintenance & site services data. This will be available to view both as a PDF and in GISMO, our cloud-based GIS. As part of the process, we will create a Bill of Quantities to clearly demonstrate the benefits of undertaking such a project. Time is limited and it is unlikely we will be able to cover every organisation, if this is of interest click here and we will ensure yours is completed before the show.
