Two Rivers are a housing provider managing 4,149 properties providing social housing mainly across Gloucestershire. They came across ODC at the CIH Housing Show in Manchester 2019 and read some case studies from other housing associations that explained the benefit of having their Grounds Maintenance data available digitally.
This was of particular interest as Two Rivers had been investigating how GIS can support their organisation.
A ‘no-obligation’ meeting was arranged to discuss the many benefits of GIS, not just with capturing the GM data but to other departments utilising ODC’s GI Managed Service.
ODC’s proposal was judged the best both in terms of what was on offer but also economically.
